You Have Your Bug out Backpack What Personal Protection-Utility Weapon do you take with you?
Now this will be debated when people read it but through trial and error I have my own opinion and having owned dam near every survival rifle made this is a hands down choice for me.

It’s light weight, collapsible and fits into any decent size backpack and the ammo in 100 round boxes is light weight and capable of bring down a deer in some instances.
The 10/22 system is perfect for small game hunting. The ammo is small and light enough that you can carry a lot of it, and Rugers are known for their reliability making this a great choice for a personal protection / utility weapon.
i like the video but dont forget a fsllhaight..they sell tuna packs now so its much lighter to carry so you wouldnt need a stove and you have fire.i would keep the shovel.you should also add a cantine for water,pain killers , two pairs of socks, sleeping bag,and if you have your wife with you she can carry a bag also it will help you split the weight.if you get separated she will have everything she needs. light carry is great.
